Who I Am 

My name is Matteo Rioda and since I was a child I have a passion for photography. Even when I don't have a camera in my hand, I try to see the world through the camera's viewfinder. Reportage in particular restores meaning and dignity to small gestures and expressions that would otherwise be lost. Even ordinary and everyday scenes, if taken from the right angle and from the right shot, can prove to be of extraordinary importance for a collective memory.
